Complete Setup
After submission, you’ll be taken to the next page to complete payment and sign the Business Associate Agreement.
Receive Portal Access
Once those items are complete, we’ll open your secure portal and send the upload checklist for the next phase.
The $1,500 assessment fee is collected on the next step and is fully credited toward your project if you move forward with Solutions 101.
