This online portal contains everything you need to complete your intake process and get your HIPAA-secure client portal opened, where you will upload all requested documents. We’ve simplified each step to make it quick, clear, and fully supported.
Important: We prioritize practices that move quickly. Delays in document submission may affect your ability to reserve an audit window and begin your strategy timeline.

Procedure Code Analysis Report Practice Management Instructions-Run All Reports For Full Year of Previous Year!

1)Navigate to System Menu > Operational Reports
2) Choose Procedures Report
3) In the Date Range Enter 01/01/2024 thru 12/31/2024 (you might have to run multiple reports to obtain the full years data set)
4) Choose All Providers
5) Click on Generate
- Go to the three lines in the top right
- Click on Financial reports on the left
- Click on Production Summary Report
- This will open in a new tab
- Change your date range in the top left (Date Range 01/01/24 thru 12/31/24)
- Run Report
- Click Print report
- Right click and Print

SPECIAL TRANSACTION REPORT
- Special Transaction Report Reports (old) > Group Reports > Daily Reports > Management reports >
- Change the date range (01/01/2024 thru 12/31/2024). Show all codes done by PROVIDER > Sort by Codes
1) Click on HOME
2) Click on SELECT REPORT
3) Scroll down/click HSPA-Production Summary It will automatically sort by ADA Category and include all Providers for the last 12 months.
4) Click on Settings Icon
5) Select Export
6) Select to PDF

5) Ignore Original Transaction Date
6) Include in Report: PRODUCTION
7) Click APPLY FILTERS

✅ Your Intake Checklist
Please complete the steps below so we can open your secure portal and begin your PPO Revenue Audit.
Items marked required must be completed for us to move forward.
Step 1 – Complete Payment for Your PPO Revenue Audit (Required)
☐ Use the payment link provided to complete your PPO Revenue Audit fee (it will open in a new window to preserve this intake process)
☐ Save your confirmation email for your records, Close the payment window and return to this screen.
This fee is credited toward your project if we both decide to move forward after the audit. It is not an extra charge—it’s the first step of your engagement.
Step 2 – Complete Your Intake Forms (Required)
☐ Office Verification Form (OVF) – submit via the link below
☐ Business Associate Agreement (BAA) – submit via the link below
Once your OVF, BAA, and Payment are received, Solutions-101 will open your secure HIPAA-compliant client portal.
Step 3 – Upload Core Data to Your Secure Portal (Required)
After your portal is opened, you’ll receive an email with login credentials. In that portal, please upload:
☐ 60 Days of most recent EOBs
- Include ERAs, scanned paper EOBs, and any digital-only EOBs from payer portals (Delta, Cigna, MetLife, etc.).
☐ Current UCR / Office Fee Schedule
☐ Procedure Code Analysis Report for your practice
- Date range: January 1, 2024 – December 31, 2024 (or most recent full year available)
- Include all providers in the practice
Step 4 – Run Your Procedure Code Analysis Report
☐ Follow the step-by-step instructions for your specific practice management software (Dentrix, Open Dental, EagleSoft, etc.).
☐ Export or print the report as indicated and upload the file(s) to your secure client portal.
Once these steps are complete, our team will begin your PPO Revenue Audit and reach out to schedule your data review and strategy discussion.
